Prop Bet (Bad Beat)

I just took a horrible beat on a prop bet. My buddy and I were wasted the other night (watching football) when we decided to bet $200 on whether or not he could kick a 40-yard field goal with 3 trys. Knowing that we has never even kicked a field goal to my knowledge this was the lock of the year.

The next day we go over to the local high school (hung over) with a football.

Attempt 1: almost missed the ball, went rolling about 20 yards, and never got airborne.

Attempt 2: Same thing but this time it was spinning sideways on the ground and went 30 yards, again did not get airborne.

Attempt 3: After almost tripping on his approach, he manages to make somewhat solid contact and this wounded duck line-drive clears the upright by about a foot.

You have got to be kidding!!!!!!! He proceeds to miss his next 6 trys, and I am out of 200 bucks!
