Default 100NL QQ preflop against 2 short stacks?

Hey,

This might be a dumb hand and be super obvious. But my preflop play is weak so I need to know what to do here. No real reads. UTG+1 just sat down and had $19. He was talking in the chatbox saying "call call, I have 76 suited!" MP2 is 37/22 over 60 hands.

Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em, $1 BB (8 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

SB ($129.45)
BB ($91.50)
Hero ($158.25)
UTG+1 ($19)
MP1 ($40.10)
MP2 ($50.10)
CO ($255.15)
Button ($67.85)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
<font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $3.5</font>, <font color="#CC3333">UTG+1 raises to $19 (All-In)</font>, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, MP2 calls $19, <font color="#666666">4 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero ?? </font>
