does UB not have customer service anymore?
So I want to deposit money onto UB and since my credit card was "restricted" when I tried to deposit on their software, someone said that if you call them they can manually put your card info in. Only thing is, your bank calls you because it raises suspicion.
anyway, so i call their number and i'm put on hold for like 20 mins. Where did all those indian outsourced customer service reps go? wtf

Ive waited 40mins a few times.
I WU money last time they offered a reup bonus. That was such a mess they are lucky im still on the site. Hey Guys what if we made our own poker site. One with really good english speaking support. One that allowed US players and cut checks in like a day! We would all be rich. Id move to jamica for that...yea jamica

so i looked into the western union method and once i begin the process to wire money through western union, the following message is at the bottom
Do not use Western Union directly or indirectly to fund illegal Internet gambling and/or illegal activity. this is so frustrating that i'm about to forget about ub and use giftcards for ftp. how can u be this big of a company like ub and yet have p.o.s. deposit methods and no customer service
