I emailed support and cashier. I will try security as well, but I have had a lot of email exchanges with all Stars departments these past days (increase of limits, why I can't deposit etc..) and I have noticed that it is often the same gut that answers from differnt email addresses (ie. security, cashier, etc...) and they have never taken more than an hour to reply.

guys im in the middle of doing a transfer for someone. Transfer not gone thru yet. Does the pending transaction show up on either of our Cashier History?

[/ QUOTE ]

No it doesn't. This is a severe flaw in the service they provide. The transfer only appears in the history when it has been processed, but you cannot find it anywhere when it is still pending.

The problem is that there is no way to "cancel" the transaction as it doesn't appear anywhere until it has been processed.

Just emailed them again and if they don't answer within the hour, I will request a new transfer.

just got off phone with them and had to do same as everyone with ID and bill. Told not to put p2p transfered $ onto gambling site's or they close account for good. My account will be opened in about 5 hours when morning shift comes in and reviews the documents. so Im going to be accepting transfers again but doing as someone eles suggested and mailing them a check overnight FED EX. pm me if interested. Let it be clear EFT to Canadian accounts take a few days

Is it accurate to say that the Neteller accounts that have been shut down over the last few days have been due to either high numbers of p2p transfers or because the money transferred was subsequently put on a gambling site?

In other words, accounts are not being shut down simply for doing one p2p transfer, correct?

Is anyone reputable still doing transfers? Not a very large amount or in a big hurry. Any input would be appreciated.
