Default New Cardplayer Article Todd Brunson

In Todd Brunson's new article he writes about staking Sam Grizzle. "The game was out of control, and we all three wind up winning about $50,000 each." http://www.cardplayer.com/magazine/article/17000
Does this mean that he was playing at the exact same table as Sam who he staked? Isn't that unethical?
