Default 200nl: set with bad turn card

no significant stats against villain...28/14 over 30 hands

what's your line with cards like this? do you raise more on the flop?

Flushes are only a small part of his range here ,u have to bet to protect ur hand and get value from bigger pairs with a diamond.
With those stacks sizes i like to bet an amount that cuts his implied odds too considering that i will be paying him on river even if a diamond hit.

I agree.

On a side note, do you regularly call with small pairs from the blinds. In my opinion this is a leak. Set mining in spots like this is -EV b/c you can not put the other player on a large enough hand to pay you off when you hit.

When you don't hit a set you are left with an under pair out of position in a heads up pot, which is not a spot you want to be in often.

You said in OP you had no reads on the guy. Just curious about the preflop decision.

85 is WAYYYYYYYYYYY to much ya'll, at least give him the idea of FE, christ. Unless you want him to never bluff with some random d in his hand

Bet the flop and pray for a raise. As played bet $70-$80 and call a shove.
