I only have 21 hands against the villain so he is pretty much an unknown. So far he has played 38/19/2.5 not that those numbers are significant. Should I shove and get it all in here or fold?

This is an easy fold against an unknown. If he's even somewhat reasonable you're never good here. You definitely do not want to get it all in against someone who hasn't shown maniacal tendencies with a hand as weak as yours.

I can see hands like AQ and AK doing this here, maybe AT. You don't have too much beat here except AT, A9, A8, A6, A4-A2. From villan's stats I don't think he's going to c/r you with less than a good top pair hand.

I would not advocate coming over the top here because against an unknown you kind of have to lean towards giving them credit when they make a strong play. If villan was a total donk over 90 hands, your hand might be a little more profitable.
