I want to buy a new laptop

Hi, dunno if it's the right forum, so mods feel free to move it if it isn't. I'm looking to buy a new laptop that I'll bring with me on the tournament circuit, I want it to play online in the hotel or airport, to watch movies while in the plane, stuff like that.

I has to have 17" screen, the best autonomy possible, decent performances (i play on betfair sometimes so the software requires a decent graphic card).

hmm what else..

I've checked the macbooks pros, I like the cable to charge in the plane (do others computers offer that?), I've also checked dell, sony and alienware but I cant setup my mind...
How hard is it to install xp on a macbook pro? will everything work fine after that? if anyone has done it, plz tell me what u think of it..

i just recently got a dell inspiron 1720, has been really good. Just make sure u remove the fkin preinstalled and reformat it with a real OS without all fkin [censored] dell installs.

yea the bigass dell 17"ers are pretty standard among online pros. i dont know much about computers other than that, but cleaning out the preinstalled OS does sound like a good idea. wish i had done that.
