Do you take dietary supplements?

[/ QUOTE ]

no. supplements are generally not a good idea. they can, in fact, be harmful. it is better to have a well-balanced diet.

i am in excellent shape. i play tennis/exercise regularly. i am extremely healthy. recent tests of my levels showed that i am essentially in the negative for measured health concerns. physically, being vegan does not cause any problems for me. on the contrary, it is only beneficial.

many people have the false impression that the vegetarian/vegan diet is unhealthy. they think it leads to anemia, etc. this misconception is the result of people going about the diet incorrectly. many people that become vegetarian do not understand the importance of a balanced diet and do not eat in a way that provides their bodies with the nutrients that it requires. too often, people just stop eating meat and do not actively ensure that they are eating properly.

the human body is a complex thing. we cannot do as the horses do and just eat hay.

Congrats, you may be the world's first not annoying vegan. I can understand the health factors much better than the "animal rights" claptrap.

Do you commonly experience

hunger
fatigue
lethargy

during the day?

Do you like to tell people you are vegan or do you prefer to only bring the topic up when the situation calls for it.
