Good defense lawyer would make mincemeat out of the vicarious (employer) liability claim here.

They'll probably settle anyway, but on the facts as you gave 'em I might take this one to court. Negligent hiring/supervision is a whole 'nother ballgame though.

Why are you so upset, did he pozz you? Or did all your freinds start asking questions about the hickeys on the back of your neck?

Pretty sure total settlement for 3 injured people was in the mils...still having one of your eyes partly ruined is a pretty big beat.
