Default A/Qo - Felt like a dopey calling station OOP

No reads on villain as he'd just joined the table.

Liked my flop bet okay but was OOP. As I just called down the turn and river, I felt dopey. Would a raise on the turn have made more sense? Wasn't sure my hand was good so hated to put in more than necessary, but I can't stand feeling like a calling station. A raise on the turn would probably have cost the same amount, and I wouldn't have felt like a lamb going to slaughter. Suggestions please...

Calling turn is fine. I don't think a worse hand besides AJ would bother calling a raise. Pot control is good on a board like this.

zzz on the river. You can't really beat anything but getting better than 4:1 I guess you can call, unhappily.

Reload pf too.

I don't think many worse hands are calling a raise. This is how I'd play the hand.

On the turn I would keep the lead in the hand and bet out about 1/2 pot... After betting a scary flop like this you have to charge people to draw out on you. If you are beat yuo can fold to any aggression since you only have TPTK on a draw heavy board, but you must keep the lead when a blank hits the turn here

You have to lead like PT just said. Two pair beats you and he could have easily called pf with AK, AT. On turn you have to lead to see if he's got A3 (small chance). And on river the A3 really scares me. Lots of cards can beat you.

Okay. Then after leading the turn, on the river would you recommend c/c small bet and c/f to anything more? Thanks...
