Short Handed games in Vegas
Do any casinos have shorthanded games in Vegas? Full ring is so boring...especially live.

Re: Short Handed games in Vegas
no. There is no casino that spreads short handed low limit games by design. You might get lucky to play in a short handed game while they are waiting for more players but thats as good as it gets.

Can we add this to FAQ? [/ QUOTE ] 95% of the people who ask this question never read the FAQ Also we try not to avoid being region specific and there is nothing similar in the FAQ so its probably best that we don't for now. |

Re: Short Handed games in Vegas
Just go play higher limit games, and you'll have lots of short handed opportunities. Try 200-400 limit or 50-100 NL

Re: Short Handed games in Vegas
I always tell people looking for this to play after midnight. Go to a room with lots of 1-2 games (MGM and Caesars are the best for this I think) and scout out games for the ones that are short.
As the game gets 7 handed or so (the danger area where the game might break), say that you're interested in playing short and you'll keep playing short. Sometimes, you'll find a few degens who will play short with you for hours. I played one two hour session of HU 15-30 around 8AM at the Wynn this way. If the game breaks, move to the next game. I think this will work better than showing up while the room is filling during the early evening. |
