Default resources for limit tourneys?

I'm considering entering Commerce's LAPC $1000 limit event this Friday. I play pretty solid cash FR limit but I'm not sure what strategy changes are required in a tournament environment, and have never played a live casino tournament before. Any books/links/info appreciated.

My thoughts are that in the early rounds it plays very much like a cash game since blinds are small relative to stack sizes (t3000, blinds 25/50). How much does M become a factor in later rounds? Obviously you have to push more with more marginal hands but I'm looking for some guidelines.

Link to CardSharpCook's limit MTT strategy Anthology post.

It's stickied to the top of the forum, but here you go.

Sklansky's Tournament Poker for Advanced Players covers limit holdem, as well as NLHE and limit stud and Omaha.
