I raise the flop here a LOT. Tons of people will pay off with all sorts of crap.

Calling can be fine, of course, as well.

As played... AQ? Set? Yeesh. Something like 34hh makes sense... but I dunno how likely something like that is.

totally villian dependant imho, i think against a thinking opponent i can find a fold here because a) the pot odds are not that great and b) like big jim said your range of hands you would fold against the push but call against a value bet is pretty small i think

does anything change if he bets 50 and u raise to 150 and he shoves? (besides pot odds obv)
and how is raising to 150 if he woulda bet 50?

I called in similar spot yesterday.He instashoved turn too, thought he is on combodraw.

Probably not, real misclicks are pretty rare especially like that. It is more often someone trying to make it looks like a misclick. That's in my experience, I've never capitalized on a real misclick that I've known about in all my time playing.

The turn is a clear fold.

We could raise the flop to 75ish or more. I like doing this cause sets often 3b and I think if we get 3b on this board we know we are usually facing a set or maybe A9.
