3 folds, Hero raises, BB calls.

Flop: (4 SB) T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero bets, BB calls.

Turn: (3 BB) 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero bets, BB raises, Hero folds.

Is there a better way?

No, this villain is peeling so many flops that there is little difference between betting and check/folding the turn in terms of ev in my judgement. Just don't check and call. Josh is right as usual.

I c/f this turn, typically, but recent hands between myself and villain can alter that plan.

do you adjust this against opponents who are v. loose w/ their requirements for peeling flops? I could see your reasoning for check/folding here but against someone who'll call that flop with J7, I think you need to bet again.

Yes, i do. And betting again is only helpful if he peels with junk, and then wil fold said junk on the turn, because most of that junk is ahead of hero's 9-hi which will leave us having to fire again on the river.
