Can someone explain to me why people are always labeled "spammer" or "banned" but the link isn't taken down until later (or maybe not at all, I don't check back)? Does someone have the ability to change labels or ban people but not edit posts or something?

I think Prahlad was the one ahead of his time and Taylor was just one of the first to catch up on him (antonius was another on prima) and Prahlad didnt adjust very well
