You post obvious preaching articles, and this one is no different, throwing in a few quotes and references to Hume isn't enough to save it, since most of its references are biblicial or to obvious christian works.

It is 19 pages long, you refuse to paraphrase it, expect people to read it fully and when they say something unexpected you state 'you obviously did not read the article.'

This article isn't going to mean/change anything to anyone who does not believe in what it says from before. It will not explain the nature of god to a disbeliever, since it is meaningless to a disbeliever as it rests on believing.

What kind of God would prefer willful ignorance and refusal to use the wonderful intelligence He gave you?

The link I posted shows the philosophical analysis on the nature of God...The writer of it explains how God himself is humble and as such sees things clearly...It looks like you did not read the article MidGe...

I would have thought you didn't read that article, or at least didn't read any of my posts on this thread. I personally couldn't care less if your god was humble, I simply object to its malevolence and/or lack of intelligence, whatever it is. I would even tolerate a lack of humility, if it was supported, in fact, by benevolence or intelligence, which unfortunately it definitely and objectively is not!

"Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment." — Mark 12:30.

That's humility?

That's the way he loves his children MiloMinderbinder so that is the way his children are to love him back......There is a divine order to the universe and without God first the order is out of sync...You don't see a love cycle here between the divine and his children?

"We know that all things work together for good for those who love God."
-Romans 8:28

No, I'm sorry, but commanding love from your own creation at the threat of eternal peril is not my definition of a love cycle. And commanding these creations to love their creator with all their heart, mind, soul, and body is not my definition of humility.

Are you questioning God's right to command?

No, I'm questioning your sanity to call his exercise of all-powerful right to command as a "cycle of love" and "humility".

Do you think God has more authority than the laws of today?
