I still think a value bet on the turn or river would have been good, results notwithstanding. The KQ was the very top of the range I think you should have been putting him on and you got unlucky.

i think there was more value to be had.

This late in the tourney, I don't think he is going anywhere with his AQ. He might fear AK along the way, but with ranges loosening up in late stages you are destined to lose money on this hand. Maybe try to shake him with a turn r/r. If he calls, I'd c/c or c/f river. I would fold to a 3bet.
