I did the address verification and I have limits of $8400 outgoing and $2100 CC. Since I don't have a CC the $2100 is meaningless to me but I find the $8400 is acceptable given I only had to enter a 4 digit code to get it.

ePassporte's limits on the other hand are an issue. I'm trying to get them raised now. The format of their limits information page is very miss leading. It clearly implies that you can do 10 ATM transactions of $300 each when in fact they mean you can do a max of 10 transactions for a total of $300.

i did it. i was able to unlock 2 different MB accout with deposit from the same bankaccount.
