[ QUOTE ]
She had three. She had one from the first time around the table and the dealer pitched two. The dealer didn't notice it, the player did. It could be that she looked at them, in which case I can see me not getting the third card. I would not have minded her knowing, as long as I got the ace.

[/ QUOTE ]

If the dealer didn't notice it while pitching, and the player didn't say "this was the wrong card" before looking, then the floor made the proper decision. Usually the rest of the hand is dealt out before playing 3 card monte, but this is how it is done. In no way is this a misdeal. The dealer made the correct decision in calling the floor, as it's the floor's job to protect the dealer in situations where players may become irritated or disagree with the decision.

CSP is the worst poker room in the bay area... check out Lucky Chances for NL or the Oaks if you are into limit or even Bay 101.

I don't see what's so bad about it. Considering the generous jackpot, it has the lowest rake in the Bay area that I've heard of.

Lucky Chances has no low limit NL and the regular/cousin/neighbor scenario is much more prevalent there than what I saw in CSP.
