Neteller neither "Pending" nor "Accepted"

A withdrawal request I made on 1/18 still has the "cancel" link next to it, not "Pending" or "Accepted" or anything similar. Is this happening to anyone else? Does this mean Neteller has not even bothered to look at the request and/or has no intention of processing it?

Try hitting cancel and proceeding to withdraw via ATM. You may have to call support to cancel it, or wait for it to move to Accepted and then Pending.

I don't have a Neteller card or I probably would have done so. Now, I am afraid to cancel it and end up at the back of the line.

I did mine on 1/18 also. It said "cancel" until today. Now it says "pending".

cancel it while you still can and order a rush delivered neteller card

Did you contact them at some point between now and when you requested the withdrawal? Mine still has the cancel link.
