The show is mostly geared towards short-term trading, but longterm investors can get some insight into how the markets work. Most of it will be way over the heads of beginners, but consider it immersion training. Anyway, the price is right and all you have to lose is your time. Of course, many of the sessions are geared towards selling the vendors' books or products, so if you tend to be easily sold you may want to leave your credit card at home.
