I love how everyone keeps saying "this is so unhealthy." I could see if i I was starving myself, but I"m not, i'm eating plenty of food thats good for you and am gonna do exercise. I just don't see how that can be bad for me.

Thanksgiving/Christmas temptations are not an issue. If I can keep from eating Papa Johns and In n Out, I'm not gonna let a mediocre turkey f*ck this up.... I didn't cut out alcohol altogether, I've drank 2 or 3 times since this started...not smart, but whatever...
