Default NL5 TPGK, OESD on Turn

The flop RR seemed to me like he was trying to push me off a continuation bet, villain feels loose after about 50 hands.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.02 BB (8 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

UTG ($1.34)
Hero ($4.74)
MP1 ($0.77)
MP2 ($2.74)
CO ($1.17)
Button ($7.56)
SB ($2.58)
BB ($3.20)

Preflop: Hero is UTG+1 with A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
UTG calls $0.02, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $0.08</font>, MP1 calls $0.08, <font color="#666666">5 folds</font>, UTG calls $0.06.

Flop: ($0.27) T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
UTG checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $0.14</font>, MP1 folds, <font color="#CC3333">UTG raises to $0.28</font>, Hero calls $0.14.

Turn: ($0.83) 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
UTG checks, <font color="#CC3333"></font>Hero ???

Do I push with top pair, and an OESD? Villain only has 1 PSB left.

Your flop bet is pretty weak. A standard c-bet is 2/3-3/4 of the pot. This means if they want to raise you, they have to commit more chips.

UTG here limps, then calls a raise OOP in 3-way pot preflop. Then check min-raises the flop. A very weak line preflop and donkish postflop. I cant put him on JQ or 76. T9 is in his range as are A9 and AT.

We can safely check behind on this turn, then bet if checked to on the river, for value.
