Default 100nl- 99 overpair vs loose-passive

Villain is 81/9/0.4 over 70 hands. I had seen him showdown mid/bottom pair a couple times, but hadn't seen him crai in the short time I was at the table. On one hand he was super loose, on the other he was super passive...so I thought a bit before taking my action.

Party Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.50/$1 Blinds - 6 Players - (LegoPoker Hand History Converter)

SB: $119.74
BB: $40.12
Hero (UTG): $103.55
MP: $103.10
CO: $123.46
BTN: $210.70

Preflop: Hero is dealt 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (6 Players)
<font color="red">Hero raises to $4.00</font>, 4 folds, BB calls $3.00

Flop: ($8.50) 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players)
BB checks, <font color="red">Hero bets $7.00</font>, <font color="red">BB raises all-in to $36.12</font>, Hero?

Unless villain has 1010 I think you're good. This could def be A7 or A5 as mentioned above, or a pair+draw hand like 65. Most donks with a smaller stack like this smooth call this flop with a set IMO. I call.
