3rd barrel is lighting money on fire. He has to fold here sooooooo much to make this profitable and he doesnt.

Honestly the key to 100nl is not trying to overaggro pots and force folds which works alot at 400nl and to a certain extent 200nl. But just make good calls and thin vb's.
