Villain in this hand is 18/16/2. He has 3bet me a lot and i have 4bet him twice in the last 100 hands and took it down. We haven't tangled postflop before, but he probably thinks i'm too laggy and expects to get my stack sooner or later and def. loosens up against me. So i don't think his range is KK+ only when he calls my 4bet.

I would lead ~120 and hope he hangs himself. He doesn't give our bets enough credit, so thats why we should do exactly that.
