Its got set written all over it. I used to get suckered into re-raising properly and then facing a push. I think call and see his action on turn. This will you give more idea if its a set or flush draw. This also gives you opportunity to represent flush if he has set and also means you dont get stacked by an overpair vs set every time. If youv let him hit flush cheaply you can still get away from it.

raisee, this looks like him trying to get a free turn with his diamond draw, or combo draw.
