cashing out from epass, legality of bank transfer

so when i put money in with debt card bank of america locked bofa account, but money transfered.
when i used bofa CC, they locked CC, money did not transfer, bot times i had to call and verify stuff to unlock accounts.

anyhow i am cashing some out from PS and i have to send first 250$ back through epass, then the rest i can get my checx. Now i got my money in epass, i want to take it out...

the options are
epass visa (which i dont have/ordered yet and i dont want to wait 5 weeks)

or bank wire transfer...

Q:What do you think will happen if i try to bank transfer? what has other expierences been..
*bofa said word for word epass is on the unlawfull gambling list of merchants when i put money in, and CC blocked..

I haven't had your blocking issues, but I did just get a wire transfer from Epass. I signed the request form and sent a scan in electronically on 7/17. Money was in my account 7/20. No problems.
