He has to have exactly spades here if he's decent and most aren't going to try to bluff that on this board. Easy fold for me but I'd bet river, whoever said shove... well it kinda depends on opponent, but normally in this spot i'd bet around half pot to get a call from the likely low pp.

It may be worth noting that I don't think the villain will put you on an overpair here, given that it's BvB and that you checked the river.
