In addition, we will never ignore player inquiries to the status of their investigation. While there may not be new updates, we will always respond to acknowledge a player’s email.

[/ QUOTE ]

This is false; your support department routinely ignored emails from me when my account was locked.

[ QUOTE ]
Would you rather have an outcome that is very fast, or very fair? It isn't always possible to have both.

[/ QUOTE ]

Yes, it is; PokerStars finishes investigations much, much faster than your company does and is widely held as the best in the business at doing so. If you don't believe it, just read the posts in the zoo and compare the number of "PokerStars screwed me" posts to "FTP screwed me."

I am still very unclear how a player can counter claims against them.

This is a HUGE issue and it has NOT been addressed by FTP.

FTP's response is unsatisfactory.

I already play on Stars because of the better benefits, but I will not play on FTP until something changes on this matter.

Apparently FT plays the role of judge, jury, and executioner and the only thing they can say is "Trust us. We go to great lengths to make sure the correct decision is made." But in some cases it appears that they may have gotten it wrong.

No way do I want to play somewhere where all funds are being confiscated without even showing the players the evidence OR letting them defend themselves. No way.

Shame on you Full Tilt.
