Default Crappy pair in unraised pot facing big river bet

This guy is definitly a weak player.. i didnt have the stats on him but hes a 26/5 with an AF less than one, but its a very small sample. There is one hand of history...

i just fold unless i see really good evidence that he is a river bluff maniac. from my experience small pots when some one randomaly pots river means he has a big hand

I actually don't hate a call here. Do some hand-reading.

He didn't bet the flop, so he probably doesn't have top pair.

He also isn't betting a 7 or Q so strongly on the river (if at all). Call and see his T8o.

Occasionally you will run into a slowplayed monster, but this will be 8-x or 4-x enough of the time.
