I've been a limit player for the past 7 years, but have dabbled with no limit just for kicks. Here's a hand. Did I misplay this badly?

10-20 NL 6 Handed
Hero: ~2k (button)
Villain: ~2.5k (bb)

Folded to me on the button. I have A [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] A [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. I've been raising a lot of pots and but haven't been getting much action from the blinds recently. I min raise to 40 hoping to get some action. Sb folds and BB calls.
BB likes to ck raise the flop for the minimum, and the last time he showed top set. That's the only hand he's shown down recently.

Pot = $90

Flop:

He checks, I bet 60, and he raises to 120. I call.

Pot = 330
Turn: 4 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]

He bets 175, I call.

Pot = 680.
River = 3 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].

He bets 500. I ???

I dunno, doesn't look like 89 to me at all, especially if he played prior monsters the same. If you haven't seen any real bluffing from this guy, you're almost certainly losing. Even if he is holding a touch with straight draw or something, it ALL gets there on river. Is this guy capable of pounding complete air the whole way? That's all you're beating...

Make it 80 pre and 140=180 on flop. I hate minraising pre, especially in cash games
