Dear Player,

Thank you for contacting us.

Unfortunately, we are unable to change the requirements of a bonus once
they have been issued. However, as the bonus has not been issued yet,
you can decide on the amount of Points you would like for the bonus. In
order to do this all you have to do, is lower your deposit amount thus
lowering the bonus amount which in turn lowers the PartyPoints required.

In case you have any further queries, please do not hesitate to contact
us. We will be more than happy to help you.

Thank you for choosing us as your online gaming site!

NOTE: Your PartyAccount username and password are confidential
information. No one from the company will ever ask for your password in
a phone call or email. Do not respond to any requests that ask for your
password.

Kind Regards,

Anthony

OMG this is terrible LOL!! hilarious, thanks for posting.

Is this really that terrible? Don't they actually mean you can opt for a smaller bonus when you realize you can't fulfil the requirements for the full bonus?

No, you have to make up your mind before you deposit. You either clear the bonus in one sum, or not at all.

50% up to $500 6x points. Anyone know if bonus points count towards this? Impossible at my level if they dont

[/ QUOTE ]

My Vip host said they count. Others in this thread say they don't.

[/ QUOTE ]

According to my bonus + points statements, bonus points definately don't count. But if your VIP host said something, then push for it.

Your vip host is not very well informed

Only standard points.

On a side note, I played my ass off yesterday and I'm at 1/3th of clearing my $100 bonus, which is 1/3th of $40 actually considering fees and exchange rates. Which is less than $15. I also lost $340 in the process. I really suck at bonuswhoring.

Yes, I know that's the original idea, but I mean that ambiougus reply from a Party rep. English is not my first language (like most Party reps I suppose), but the only way that reply makes sense to me is like the stuff I wrote.

8x points and still has to be cleared within 7 days from the end of the day you make the deposit, this is getting ridiculous. The points requirement isn't too dreadful but there's no reason that we should have to do it in a week, that was only acceptable in the old days because the bonuses were so easy to clear. If they start on 10x next month without an extension to the clearing period they'll lose a lot of players as the monthly reloads were always a strong point of party, and that's a loss in revenue with the new scheme even if they were only playing during reloads.
