5 Card Tripple Draw hi/lo

What is the best approach for this game and where can I find inforamtion about it. I was playing a $2-4 limit game and it seemed very loose. Folks would raise then draw 3 cards?? I would have thought the best approach was to play if you only needed to draw one card? There was a $2 bet for the first draws then $4 for the last draw and then a last round of betting for $4. Any help is appreciated
