yes- mine was a debit/check-cashing card from a pretty large bank. You can also use pre-paid dbit cards and epassporte.

I have a account at Wachovia, a big bank in the south like in Florida, and I can use my debit card on FullTilt.

Most major US Debit cards work. If you get a call, wondering if you bought cosmetics...
