I've played a few sessions at 5/10 on FTP, and a couple thousand [hands] at 2/4 - more regs at 1/2 have leaks, but there seem to be just as many donks higher up. And the regs at 1/2 all have emotional problems, so tables get out of hand so quickly when people are deciding that they'll 4 bet light every time they get 3 bet.

I really need to start using PAHUD more. I only use vpip/pfr/af. Does anyone have customized PAHUD layout for OnGame?

I'm intrigued by your ideas and wish to subscribe to your newsletter (provided it allows me to run hot).

donkey, I'm (sorta) in the same boat as you. I just withdrew everything to 2k and THAT is my br. I have to have 20 BIs to move up and 50 BIs to play HU. If I don't, I have to find a job/have to quit poker. I think its the only way to get a grip on it. You can no longer think of any money you've withdrawn as part of your bankroll. Thats all you have. Just start over, tottaly, 100%.

Thanks for a bunch of excellent advice from a few posters. I think I have to do something like this and just suck it up and grind with very strict rules. Its tough when I look at that $3500 pot I just posted where the freakin guy called (not even raised!!) all in with 45s and beat me, and there were a bunch more like that but I have to just let it go. Its just tough to go back to 50 or 100nl when I was doing well at 2/4 (although not a huge sample). I keep thinking back to when I was up 16k half way through october and like "what if" I didn't go on massive tilt and just grinded 2 4. I have to start looking at it again like its real money and not just numbers on a screen.

I deposited like 500 and ran it up 2 800 playing .5 1. I dont think I can play much lower so I think I'm going to stick there and just try to run good at the start and stay and rebuild there. I figure I can only loose 500 really and hopefully this bad run will end. I just want to try and rebuild somewhat of a decent bankroll this year to start the new year fresh and clear headed. And also I think I'm done playing heads up or omaha this year which should help a bunch. thanks again for the good advice.
