Simple Poker Patterns Question

I just downloaded this program, and I am not sure how to use it. Can someone briefly explain how to use this. I'm guessing my username needs to be in the "users" field, but I can't seem to enter anything in it.

You have to define it (and possible aliases) in Pokertracker first.
