How do you play this flop? Do you re-raise pf? raise or shove the flop? anyway I am beat here? Villain is very loose but I think his raise is substantial.

Looks completely fine to me. Although you are probably splitting or down to aces.

Ehm, i really reraise very loose opponent with AK preflop.
No need to call him oop. I also don't think your reraise would be called by hands you beat so i'd call him,if hes on a draw hes paying way too much and if he thinks hes ace is an out hes also mistaken. No need to shut down the post flop play by such allin i think with such hand.

I like the call preflop because he could have a weaker A, and if an A shows up, we can stack him. I bet t275 on the flop
