Indeed, that's why directly under the piece you quoted I said:

There is just no need to rig anything.

PokerTracker stats tend to point to a pretty normal distribution of starting and finishing hands.

It would just be very bad business for a site to rig their online games. Plus, if they are reputable, they could face criminal and civil charges in the courts of the country in which they operate.

Now, if you somehow end up robbed or tricked while playing small, privately owned sites in odd little countries in which there are sketchy banking practices and little legal recourse if you get robbed, then it's your own fault for playing there.

There is just no way places like Full Tilt or PokerStars would intentionlly rig their games. It would be bad for business.

So, since this is a pretty lame OP, IMO, I voted BASTARD!

If they were promoting a fair game whilst knowingly using any covert technique to give themselves a pecuniary advantage; fraud.

But they don't have biased RNG's so it's all hypothetical.
