i didn't bother to read through this thread, but if the microlimits are tight, I can't imagine it would be the germans. Their currency is too strong.

If anything, we would need to be worried about tight asian's or south americans where they could make a decent living off the micro limits in their country.

You must excuse but a large part of the German poker players isn't at Pokerstrategy and is also against this side

This is good news.

A thought came to my mind. However I didn't bother emplyoing Wilson software yet to confirm this idea:

The Pokerstrategy players look uTuAG (u standing for ultra) by their statistics. Some like 13/9/6.0. This strategy is pretty transparent and IMO only fares acceptable against non observant opponents (i.e. at the very lowes limits).

Might this be a strategy that is not fine tuned for maximum expected value but for the slowest possible way to go broke? If the players go broke very slowly, they invest lots of their time in generating rake (i.e. profits for the Pokerstrategy site owner)...

Any ideas on that?

Level Hamburg. Again. (Do not use nuclear weapons please, I'm living close to Hamburg.)

No problem. High explosives and incendiaries did the job quite well the first time and should work again. One nuke would probably be cheaper, though. Radiation is good for you.

I was really hoping to add a pic of Kraus from the old sit-com Benson to this thread but can't find one.

In other news - TVLand is now showing re-runs of Benson and some of the episodes are freaking hilarious.

What sucks is that I hear "Obergruppenfuherer" is no longer a term of endearment among coworkers.

Inga Swenson. American with Swedish roots. Not many pics around, but found these.
