overall it was alright, not a disastor like I thought it would be. The only part in the movie that I cringed at was the spiderpig part because morons started singing along to it [censored] that made me mad

meh, it was fine. the fx surprised me as it was slicker than TV and the plot transferred to the 90min, big screen format effectively without having to lampoon film. Worth a watch on a big screen. No belly laughs, but there haven't been any of those for about 8 years.

It was like a 3-part season finale. During the spiderpig, I expected some audience douchebaggery like people singing it, but it went well, and I laughed, even though i've seen that part like 3 dozen times before.
The movie was better than I expected, but I expected it to suck. 4/5 for me.

i love The Simpsons and enjoyed seeing it on the big screen. It was super fun, and I think its great that they didnt make it too long. There was a small audience but laughter was pretty loud all the way through. It was also great to see Homer <font color="white"> shoot the bird. </font>

[/ QUOTE ] Pretty much my feelings opening was solid, middle was fluffy end wrapped it up nice not the most Stellar work but not a total let down and I laughed most of the movie. I still DVR the Simpson's and watch it when i can but it's not like before where it was like zMG Simpson's are on must make time to watch.

watched it yesterday, and was less than impressed
I mean, there were funny/clever parts throughout - but the vast majority of the movie was stupid toilet humour that idiots like. how many times can homer choking bart be funny? wow, homer hurt himself - HILARIOUS! OMG YOU SEE JUNK HAHAAHAAHAH CHEER FOR OTTO GOGOGOGO [censored] joke now I'm mad
