No, they should not pay an affiliate, they should just give me the 27%.

[/ QUOTE ]
That would work if you signed up directly to FTP (i.e. no affiliate), but if you signed up through an affiliate, then they'd have to pay the affiliate 30 some percent (not sure how much they get paid) in addition to your 27%.

I think it would be better if all 2p2ers, with or without rb, left FTP. We should all band together to resolve this.

[/ QUOTE ]

If all of you guys left, that would be great. I could probably move up a couple levels and still make $$.

Cheers, Carl.

isnt it more like they give the affiliate 30 and some more and the affiliate pays you 27 % from that money? maybe thats what you meant im not so sure

I think anybody who did not sign up through an affiliate should not get rakeback. If they are REALLY REALLY desperate let their girlfriend or wife play for them...

hallo!: That's the way it works for those affiliates who DO have a rakeback agreement with the players. For the affiliates who don't, they're probably not going to suddenly give 27% of their 30 some percent back to the player just because that player has discovered rakeback.

I have a dream,
That one day all 2+2er's will leave Full Tilt poker.
I have a dream,
That one day, I will have the fish all to myself.
I have a dream,
That one day, people will stop complaining about the lack of rakeback and just move to PokerStars.

And their support people are HORRIBLE at retention, you can't wait to leave after talking to those clowns.

All my interactions with their support have been fairly positive. Slow compared to Stars, obv, but they have improved in the past month or two (last two e-mails I sent to them received a response within a few hours, as opposed to a few days).

The speed of the e-mail was not my point, it was their attitude. It is like if you don't like it too bad, no rakeback. At least stars tries to convince you to stay if you are unhappy.
