but its the same here. People keep saying multi accounting, this was not a multi accounting issue. This was about one kid allowing a known cheater playing on a cheater's IP. To make the argument about multi accounting being bad is redundant, we get it, people are against multi accounting. Can't the argument just end there. We all know its bad and occasionally someone tries to break the rules. This wasn't one of those instances however.

I like to highlight the stark difference btwn ZeeJustin and JJprodigy 18 months later. JJ doing more shady stuff and ZJ earning respect with his live game. Those hating online cheaters would do well to focus their ire on those who have not repented. I have great respect for how ZeeJustin has weathered the storm.

Anyone else find it pretty sad that fulltilt is only now banning JJProdigy for his unethical behaviour/cheating?

lets define the shady stuff though. A friend went out to dinner or something and someone played his account. That someone was a multi accounter a long time ago.

If you are mad about that can we at least begin to make the argument about that since this is really not about multi accounting. If you have evidence that JJ is multi accounting now then show it. Otherwise this a bunch of people getting their panties in a bunch for nothing.

For the record, I am against people taking over for people in tournaments under any circumstances. If that is what this argument will become I think I can safely say we should all get behind this idea.

All,

"Account sharing for any purpose is not permitted on PokerStars."

Looks like they have a new policy.

From what I've heard, FTP froze every account that JJ has either logged into from his computer and every account that has been played on on a computer that JJ's account logged into. I know of at least 4 players other than JJ who got their FTP accounts frozen, only one of whom was a multi-accounter. I hope that many of these account freezes are just temporary while Full Tilt investigates- otherwise it seems a big unfair? I'm not entirely sure of the full extent of this situation.

Poker Star's new policy is to stop a "problem" that occurs because of their own draconian rules. If they allowed users to change their screen names every 6 months we probably wouldn't be having this discussion, isnt that ironic?
