Both the people that I struggle with were hired before I was promoted into this position. They were horrible hires than I would never have made.

ETA- One of the things I'm very good at is dealing with idiots in a non-insulting way so that they don't realize they're idiots.

Obviously I carry myself slightly differently on the forums, where the respect and goodwill of the customer isn't as important.
