Default 100NL - flop top top

SB is 22/16 over a couple hundred, 3bets a decent amount pf etc. but haven't seen him do anything non-ABC postflop. MP unknown.

I fold pretty quickly. You havent seen him get out of line, and he is check/raising the pfr and a caller on a dry flop. He looks strong.

am I the only one who makes this kind of c/r with 67 sometimes?

Back in my online days, I would C/R an open ender here if both the PFR and caller were regulars. However, I would never make it that small.
