Default $400nl: heads up- big river bluff- 400bb deep

Me and villain have been battling for a while. When he came to the table, I had around $2000+, up and down for a while, busted him, he bought back in, and is now up to around $1600, same as me. He 3 bets pf constantly, and I've done a bit of light 4 betting on him, but not a ton. He's called me VERY light a couple times, one time 3 streets with A high. However, he seems like a good aggro player, but definitely might be a leak how light he calls. I've made a ton of big river bets at him, the one's he's called I've either had a big hand, or air, so haven't done a ton of thin value betting on him. Here's the hand:

Hero: $1,600
Villain: $1,600

I raise 76o, villain 3 bets to $54, I make it $155. He calls.

Flop: 7AA, 2 clubs(I don't have a club)

He checks, I bet $200. He calls.

Turn: 4

He checks, I check.

River: 9c

He fires out $365.

I shove.

iono about the flop bet, if hes a tough player this puts u in a really difficult spot. Also on this board many people arent folding hands like 88 or 99 when u just make a continuation bet, so i might slow down on the flop. Another thing to consider is that he called the 4 bet out of position, which makes me think that hes not calling light to try and outplay you. Based on the fact that he probably has a hand and you said he has a tendency to make light call downs. I would probably just fold the river as played.

i was thinking along the same lines, that he probably had somewhat of a hand after calling the flop bet. He's called me down light before, but with me shoving over his bet, it's either air or a big hand, and i wouldn't shove QQ/KK hands here, so I thought he could put me on an A easily. I put him on a hand like TT-QQ.

wow this is pretty sicko.. I can't say if its good or bad though, I can see him fold some strong hands so I guess it's a fine play.

I'd check that flop from time to time.

I think 98+ is calling you a large % here, with the pace of game you describe he has to expect you to bet the turn with your strong hands (the only hand he can put you on is 99).

The only way this does work is if he expects you to control the pot sometimes on the turn with A8s then his river bet gives his hand away so you shove thin for value but thats a bit of a stretch run on sentence yes yes.
