basically, it says u have 90 min cycles and u will feel tired if u are interrupted if the cycles are not completed...

not sure if this means much because it's not easy for everyone to fall asleep at a designated time in order to fulfill a cycle by the time the alarm goes off, but just some insight into it...

a roommate in college was big on this and actually set his sleep cycle accordingly

heh, it sounds hard especially since i have no shot at going to sleep as soon as i get into bed, unless i'm drunk or i just got back from the gym dead tired, but i know lots of people who can reguarly wipe out as soon as they get into bed and a couple of them were into this cycle stuff

Meh, don't know how frowned upon it really is in this case as she's auditing one of our investments groups which is a subsidiary under the parent holding company of which, we are the venture banking arm. What do you think?

QFT. Still - I'm not fully ready to put her in that catagory quite yet. My humor can certainly swing towards the dry side and w/o any prior interaction - be easily missed.
