Default (NL400) Let\'s 3-barrel to make villain fold his full-house

Villain is solid 12-tabling regular (12/6/1.1 over a large sample size)

Titan No-Limit Hold'em, $2.00/$4.00 (Titan HH Converter by Kreatief)

SB ($217.11)
BB ($128.40)
UTG+2 ($591.50)
MP1 ($350.00)
MP2 ($194.00)
MP3 ($400.00)
CO ($673.15) (Hero)
Button ($151.04)

Preflop: Hero is CO with 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
UTG+2 calls $4.00, <font color="#666666">3 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to 20.0</font>, <font color="#666666">3 folds</font>, UTG+2 calls $16.00,

Flop: 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] ( $46 )
UTG+2 checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $26.00</font>, UTG+2 calls $26.00,

Turn: 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] ( $98 )
UTG+2 checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $64.00</font>, UTG+2 calls $64.00,

River: K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] ( $226 )
UTG+2 checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $152.00</font>, <font color="#666666">1 folds</font>,

Final Pot: $375.00
Hero ?

After his flop call I estimate his range consists of 22+/86s-54s.

On boards without high cards I get called a lot by him and others and they for the most part give up on the turn when I bet again.

With his turn call I'd give him 88+. I don't think he will call 2 barrels with 66-22 when he is out of position. There is of course a chance he has quads.

Should I 3-barrel to represent TT+ or double-barrelt AK?
Bet size?

turn is no good imo. the river is a decent bluff card though so that is probably ok.
