What the [censored] does closing do here? If there is a problem, there is a problem inside. By closing without explaining "who, when, what, and why" they only admit that the problem exists and that they are unable to resolve it.

Has anyone tried to contact the Kahnawake gaming commission to see if they have any jurisdiction over this, to see if they can investigate this situation?

I mean, what good is a gaming commission if they don't do anything?

Why doesn't the PPA get involved in this? Will it hurt their cause for legalizing internet gambling? There is a conflict here, DUCY?

i really can't believe how fortunate it is that the superusers blatantly abused their ability and outted themselves....

this seriously had to be the EASIEST scam ever to run, and get away with barring excessive greed....what a bunch of jackasses, good god.

AP can:
1) sweep this under the rug, keep saying how they handled the issue and everything is secure. reiterate that security was never breached and the matter has been resolved. never give specific information that could hold them liable for any damages.

2)admit to a 'superuser' account in their system. make an official statement. admit their security was compromised.

if AP admits to a compromise, they basically are throwing in the towel as a company. some posters here are saying they will still play if the games are soft but no new users will sign up with any frequency. too many other options with sites that don't have this stigma. the 2 biggest things separating online card rooms from video game card rooms are security and real money. you can't have one or maintain the supply of one without the other, long term. AP has to do nothing about this situation to try and stay in business. OR AP can admit to this mess and be irrelevant in a year or so.
